Problem Note 66609: SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.1 - A closed/saved context does not keep changes if closed/saved via the tab header in a second open context
You have more than one context open in SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.1, and you apply changes to one context and then proceed to the second context. While you have the second context open, if you close the first context in which you applied changes (and changes are confirmed), you see that the closed context does not contain the applied changes.
The following scenario replicates the issue:
- Open two separate contexts. In both contexts, you have permission to edit.
- Apply changes to the first open context. An asterisk appears on the tab of that context to denote that the changes are being made.
- Navigate to the second context.
- Close the first context where you applied the changes by selecting the Close icon on the tab header. Do not navigate back to the changed context.
- Select Save in the confirmation dialog box.
The above scenario should result in the changes being retained in the closed and saved context. However, the tab closes, but the changes are not saved.
The issue is fixed in SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.2.
